Today is the first day of Tattoo Meltdown tattoo convention in Trollhättan.

Tattooing, H.E.A.T., beer and the truth about Jönssonligan….

Today i had the pleasure of tattooing Mr. Erik Grönwall, who's a beer wizard in the daytime and one hell of a singer in my favorite band H.E.A.T, in the night time.
Erik is the mastermind behind a beer called "Hadiraja", that's being sold at System Bolaget here in sweden (that's the magical place where swedes go to get their booze).
Now, I'm not a beer drinker, in fact i don't drink alcohol at all… so it was kinda ironic that i had to do a beer tattoo… never the less, it turned out to be a great session with a lot of laughs and great music playing on the stereo :)
I love working to 80's music, especially hard rock and AOR…. so expect a lot of Journey, Toto, Danger Danger, Lou Gramm, FM, Dokken and Giant, if you are gonna get tattooed by me haha.

And just a little note to all of you who don't know this…
"Hidiraja" is a quote from a swedish movie series called "Jönssonligan"… now, apparently all swedish people have this idea that Jönssonligan was something they invented…
YOU ARE WRONG!!!!
The danish people invented "Olsen Banden" which is an epic piece of danish history…. and then we sold the the swedes the right to make their own versions, which of course is no where near as good as the danish ones! :D

….. Let the bashing begin! hahaha

Long time, no see!!!! Tattoos, Action figures and kanelbullar...

Wow, it's been ages since i used this blog… i don't know what happened, i just got caught up with so much stuff, that i kinda forgot about this thing.

What can i say… the past 6 months have been pretty busy with family, work and all the other stuff that i can't remember the half of :)

Im still enjoying living in Stockholm… i haven't regretted it on single time! so yeah, it was the absolutely right choice to move here.

Im still working at Porky Royale Tattoo and that's a thing i enjoy quite a lot… the guys here are awesome and we all get along so well.

Well, enough of tattoos for now…. 

I've always been a big fan (and a HUGE geek) of toys and recently i was introduced to the companies "Sideshow Collectibles" and "Hot Toys"…. these guys makes the most realistic looking figures i have ever seen and i have started collecting some of their stuff :) 

I'll just post a couple of my favorites:

But I'm only interested in sixth scale figures.

Well,  as mentioned before, it's been around 6 months since i wrote anything…. and there has just been too much stuff going on for me to write… so instead I'm gonna treat this as a fresh start… a reboot of my blog :)

I will do my best to keep this thing updated with my projects, designs, crazy thoughts, reviews and other ridiculous stuff…. so stay tuned!

Porky, Rhino's & Yngwie Malmsteen...

So i just found the time to make a quick update...

I just reposted a few designs i have lying around, that i wanna tattoo.

Yesterday, after i finished my last customer, i just doodled this little thing... yeah a Swedish Rhino :D

I also got to sketch up a Yngwie Malmsteen design haha... that guy is absolutely brilliant.
Yngwie is by far one of the greatest guitarists ever.... and he's also a hell of a character :)

So here you have it... The King of sweden, The Master of the universe, the one and only... Yngwie J. Malmsteen!!!!!!

Copenhagen, Monkeys, 8-bit... & Dokken :)

Once again, it's been quite a while since i updated my blog...  But man, it's been hard to find the time to sit down and fiddle with my computer...

Things have been going great at Porky Royale... those guys are just awesome.

I feel so privileged to be  a part of that team.

They all make me feel very welcome at the shop, so everyday im looking forward to a new day at Porky's. :)

Im still so happy about moving to Stockholm.... i havn't had a single regret about moving here.

everything has so far gone beyond all expectations!

There's still alot of practical stuff that needs to be taken care of (personal numbers, bank stuff etc.) but im more less getting there now.

So i just got home from a week in Copenhagen... i was back at Stigma to work on a bunch of my danish customers.

I was booked up like crazy and i got to do some awesome projects.

(I got to contine on this 8-bit sleeve... so it's a work in progress)

Being back in CPH was a mixed feeling... i mean, it was great to see family, friends and customers...

but i didn't feel like i was enjoying being back in my hometown...

In alot of ways, that was nice because it just confirmed that i made the right decision about moving away. 

Maybe it was because i was in total "work-mode"... i barely did anything else than work and sleep haha.

The worst thing was that i missed my wife and son like crazy, so it's good to know that they will join me on my next visit to CPH in August, which also will include a vacation to Hungary :)

Today i had a great day with my little family... we spent the day in the sun ( except for the 3 hour nap i took with my son haha) and i got to buy a couple of excellent vinyls for my collection.

Tomorrow i'll be back at Porky Royale and i'll be taking walk-in's all week... so feel free to drop by and get yourself a epic tattoo :)

I just finished my week of guestspotting at Porky's, and we decided that since we got along so well, I might as well start working there.

So as things are right now, I'm very happy to announce that im gonna be a part of the Porky Royale Tattoo crew.

This is such a great place with the nicest people and a great atmosphere.

Also, the guys working here are amazing tattooers... so I will be learning a lot from looking over their shoulders.

Goodbye Copenhagen, Hello Stockholm... See you at Porky Royale :)

Wow... it's sure been a while since i had a chance to update my blog...
I finally moved to Upplands Väsby - Stockholm and im loving it...

I've been without internet access for several weeks now....
so i've only been checking out my e-mail and Facebook, when i've had the chance to find some wi-fi...

The last 3 weeks have been crazy with my birthday, Kiss Concert, moving, packing, unpacking, getting settled... but now everything is more or less in place.
I can feel how im starting to relax and breathe again, moving here was the best thing to do...
My wife and son are enjoying it so much and it's nice to be so close to the forrest and lake.

                                              Yeah... im gonna go fishing one of these days :)


I've really enjoyed walking around Stockholm, finding some old vinyls for my collection and

                                                      Hair metal.... best stuff ever!!!!


I finally made it to Porky Royale Tattoo, and wow, it's such a beautiful shop...
People here are so nice and i felt at home right away.
Im pretty bookede up...I have a bunch of cool tattoo's im gonna do this week, but i still have a few openings left, so let me know if you wanna get some ink.

Also on friday, I'll be doing walk-in's all day... so drop Porky Royale Tattoo :)

Hopefully, it won't take me another lifetime to update my blog....

Kiss, Gangsters & Sailors...

Wow, these last days have been intense!

We finally got all of our stuff shipped off to Stockholm...

The moving-truck came and thanks to a couple of good friends, we managed to load the truck in no time.

t's kinda wierd to look at that empty apartment... i've been living there since 2004, so there's alot of memories there.

But now it's time for a change and i can't wait to get started :)

Work wise, i got to do a bunch of cool stuff these past few days...

I got to do one of my KISS designs on my pal Anders... He's a drummer, so "The Cat" was the natural choice for him.

 I also had a chance to make a small Al Capone design for at possible tattoo...

Anyone up for it? :)

And last but not least, i got to finish my Sailor Jerry chest on Niklas today...

He took it like a champ!

What can i say... it's been a good few days...

KISS & Businesscards ...

The 11'th of June one of my favorite bands, KISS, is playing a show in Copenhagen.... i can't wait :)

Those guys are older than time, but they still put on, one hell of a show!

So the other day i was thinking to take a little break from my Reptilian project, and instead do a KISS tribute flash set.

Today i had the chance to draw them... i had a lot of fun making these designs, and i can't wait to tattoo them (two of them are already gone).

Yesterday i also got my new business cards... im very please with how they turned out.

I had a friend of mine put the design together, since he's a photoshop wizard... and i barely know how to turn on my computer hehe

Guestspot at Porky Royale Tattoo!

When i was at Inkfest Cph last week, I got to meet Peter who's the owner of this awesome tattoo studio in Stockholm, called Porky Royale Tattoo.
We had a nice chat and decided that i should do a guestspot at his shop.

Yoda, Sailor Jerry & Daft Punk...

Well, this is one of those nights i can't sleep... so might as well blog a bit :)

The move to Stockholm is getting very close, and we are currently living between towers of boxes...
I can't wait to live in a normal looking home again haha.

It's gonna be a big change not living in Copenhagen city, but for me, it's a change for the better.
Im gonna have way more time to try out different forms of art... and i'll also have way more time and energy to do guestspots and conventions.

So if anyone would like to have me do a guestspot at their shop, let me know :)


This week has been busy... and i've started a few big projects.

I started this Sailor Jerry chestpiece on my buddy Niklas.

I love to do these old school flashes...  they are so bad ass!!!

I also started this sleeve with two fantasy dragons... there will be added a text later on...
This chick took it like a champ and it was a very pleasant session.

Oh yeah... i got my new plugs the other day from http://www.omericaorganic.com .
I always order from these guys.... their products are beautiful and is such good quality.

And today i made small Yoda filler on my great customers Steffen... i LOVE Star Wars!!!!

And last but not least, i gotta say a thing...

The other day i got to hear the new Daft Punk album and im totally blown away by it!
This album is so well made, it's unbelievable...  Every song is such a treat and i've been playing it none stop for two days now haha

Normally im mostly in to rock/metal... but if music is well made, i don't care what style it it.

Do yourself a favor and check it out!!!

Gangzta Cows, Lizards & other great things...

Today i had a friend of mine come by to get a small filler tattoo.... what better than a Gangzta cow with a bling bling cow-bell :D

I also finished up a Reptilian Lizard design, that i will tattoo on my wife in a few weeks...

I can't wait to make this tattoo :)

This design will also end up on my new business cards....

To top it off, i went to the Copenhagen inkfest tattoo convention the other day, to talk to a tattoo-shop owner from Stockholm.... 

It went very well, and it seems like everything is beginning to fall into place.

I'll soon make an announcement about where i'll be working in Stockholm :)

Countdown to Stockholm...

Today i came back to Copenhagen, after a week in Stockholm.
My wife, son and I was there to take care of a whole lotta stuff, so we could get our new home ready.
It's wierd to think that we have less than a month left at our appartment in Cph...
It's been my home for almost 10 years.. So naturally there's alot of memories here.
But it's gonna be so nice to be in new sorroundings.
I absolutely love Stockholm and im looking forward to have the time to focus more on drawing and painting again...

And with my 7-10 working days in cph each month, i'll still be getting my doze of Denmark :-)

Im still working out the details of my new working place in Stockholm, it's getting closer...

Im gonna post some flash sheets very soon!
They will be for sale and available as tattoos... So stay tuned!

Conspiracy theories, tattoos & sandwiches

Wow, this week went by fast...
We sold our appartment and finally everything is beginning to fall into place.
All we need now, is to pack all our stuff into boxes... And we're off to Stockholm :-)

These past days, i've been reading alot about different conspiracy theories... And today i watched the documentary called "Sirius - the movie" and it had some really interesting stuff about goverment cover-up's and UFO's...
I also read some stuff about the recent Boston Bombers and i must say that theres a couple of things that i find strange... Though it's not enough to get me thinking about a major conspiracy... Yet ;-)
I love to watch/read about these things, but after a while i usually start going nuts instead haha.
The reality is that no matter how much you think you know or how much you belive in this or that, you'll NEVER get the truth...

So instead im gonna think about that epic turkey sandwich i had for lunch.... It had SO much meat in it.... I had a complete Homer moment, going "mmmmaaarrrhhhh" as i ate it :D

Oh yeah... I did a couple of fun tattoos yesterday...
The first one was a customized version of Disneys Esmeralde ( from the Hunchback of Notre Dame) and the other was this black & grey old school design...
